The concept in the sculptural and symbolic layer refers to the turbulent atmosphere (which has the wake-up-political one) in general, its turbulent urban riots) around the election of Gabriel Narutowicz as the president of the newly formed, fully established statehood of the Second Polish Republic.
The five segments forming the pedestal referring to the five days of the President's office, their shifting relative to each other creating the "vibrating" effect paints an allegory of energy change
and dynamism, but of the unstable and unstable two state states, headed by Narutowicz, for which he paid
